Group 1 - warm up; 1x quarter mile (1 minute recovery), 1 x half mile (2 minutes recovery), 1 x three-quarter mile (3 minutes recovery), 1 x 1 mile (4 minutes recovery), 1 x three-quarter mile (3 minutes recovery), 1 x half mile (2 minutes recovery), 1 x quarter mile; warm down
Group 2 - warm up; 1 x quarter mile (90 seconds recovery), 1 x half mile (3 minute recovery), 1 x three-quarter mile (4 minutes jog recovery), repeat in reverse; warm down
Group 3 - warm up; 2 sets of 3 x quarter mile, 2 minute slow jog recovery after each quarter mile and 4 minutes slow jog recovery between sets; warm down
